My name is Patricia, and I will serve as your instructor throughout this CRM learning journey. By way of background, I bring over 12 years of professional experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), having led and contributed to a range of projects across both B2C and B2B sectors, at national and international levels.
My professional trajectory includes roles within globally recognized organizations such as Carrier, Estée Lauder Companies, Yves Rocher, Philips Lighting, and iAhorro.com, among others. My intention is to provide academic and practical guidance as you develop a comprehensive understanding of CRM.
This course is designed to provide an in-depth exploration of CRM principles, with a particular emphasis on strategic planning, automation, and leadership in digital transformation. You will be equipped with the theoretical frameworks and practical tools necessary to drive CRM initiatives within your organization.
I approach CRM with an analytical mindset and a “test and learn” methodology, placing strong emphasis on the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance customer behavior across omnichannel strategies.
